Elite Oriental Rug Services was started by a man who is fascinated by textiles and has a strong educational background and experience in rug care. His knowledge of rug materials, rug design from various cultures around the world, and rug cleaning techniques allows him to treat every rug that comes into his shop as an individual project.
He understands that the techniques he will use to clean a fine hand-knotted silk and wool rug from Iran will not necessarily be the same as the techniques he will employ on a machine-made polypropylene rug from a home goods store. However, he believes that both rugs deserve to be delivered to the customer in an excellent state of cleanliness and preservation. His dedication to ensuring that every rug job is completed to the highest possible standard has helped to develop the culture in which Elite Oriental Rug Services functions.

A Standard That Does Not Flex Based on Convenience
At Elite Oriental Rug Services, we will not cut corners on any rug cleaning job. Instead, we will always take the time to properly dry the rug with the dry soil removal method and will ensure that it dries after washing rather than rushing to get it to the customer. Additionally, we will always take the time to inspect the rug that will be cleaned to determine the type of cleaning solution to use rather than applying a one-size fits all formula.
Transparency Is Part of the Service
All of the customers who trust Elite Oriental Rug Services with their rugs also deserve to know what we are doing to their rugs. Prior to beginning the carpet or rug cleaning process, we will take the time to tell the customer what we found during the rug inspection and the steps that we will take to thoroughly clean their rug. Should the rug already contain some damage or wear to its fibers or stains that may not come clean with the solution that we use, we will mention this to the customer prior to beginning the rug cleaning job.
